Staying Occupied: Links

Note: This series was created due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the requirement to practice social distancing and stay home as much as possible. I hope that despite all the closures and the crazy grocery store lines, you can still find opportunities to stay calm, enjoy the extra time with your loved ones, organize the areas that need to be addressed, and find something (book, movie, craft) to bring you enthusiasm. Choose to be as balanced as possible and stay healthy.

I am trying to send a daily email to friends and family with fun links I have found on the internet. It has activities, Facebook Live events, videos, craft ideas, movement ideas, and general items to occupy us during these times. I will update the post Helpful Links on a (somewhat) daily basis:

I am also sending an email to my participants once or twice a week with links for fitness, yoga, pilates, meditation, and music. I will update the post Fitness Links at least once a week (hopefully)
